Do you give free estimates?
If you are calling us for an estimate on replacing your equipment, then yes the estimate is free.If you are looking for a repair estimate then there is a service charge, but we will apply it towards the repair if you choose to use us.
Can I have different temperatures in each room?
Zone systems can give you individual settings for each room but there are limitations.
Can I get an exact time scheduled for my repair?
I don’t want to wait all day. – Time is valuable for everyone. We strive to provide a 2-3 hour window for arrival to your home.
Should I rebuild my HVAC system or purchase a new one?
There are two main reasons to consider; how old is the equipment and how much it will cost to repair it. If it is close to or over 20 years old and if the repair is over 25% of a new system then replacement should be considered.

Dirt has to go somewhere, and if the filter is too dirty or gone, it will accumulate on the motor, blower, and evaporator coil. This will reduce efficiency and potentially damage the unit. Additionally, repairs cost a lot more than just replacing the filter.
How often should AC units be serviced?

When should a house be inspected?
