Sometimes you have to think outside the box and in this case inside. We have a client with a large walk-in wine cooler that was in poor shape. We changed out the entire cooling system with a new energy efficient one, now the wine and our customer are not overheating!

Finished rebuilding an Evapco Cooling tower. It is amazing how damaged these things can get when you don’t do maintenance. We cleaned about 10 lbs. of debris from the unit and rebuilt the whole blower section.  

Had a chance to install a couple of more thermostats from the Nest company. These are turning out to be intriguing units. I like the programming and the auto design feature built into them. This thermostat will work with any generation user because it is a set and forget style of operation.
